that was a good one. except for the ending. yet again, the Conan screenwriters 'go limp' at the end. it would have been better if the culprit died. it would have tied together the Opera, the Kabuki, and the motive. when the driving force in a person's life is suddenly handed to them on a silver platter and they snatch it up and try to run away with it... but they then fall flat on their faces and that driving force is completely destroyed... THAT is the penultimate time to off oneself and end the entire debacle right there. THAT is true tragedy, not being led off for a 'perp walk'.
